Director of Video Production Scott Connolly

Scott Connolly was instrumental in the founding of Celeste/Daniels Advertising and Design and he is currently our head of Video production with a specialization in 3D for post, camera rig tech and digital image tech. In addition he is an independent producer as founder of the production company Image Reaction in 2001. His current project with 3D is with the feature film Spiders 3D now in production.

During the summer of 2009 he edited and completed 3D post finishing for the music video for one of Japan’s biggest rock stars, Yoshiki.

After graduation from San Diego State University in 2003, with a BA in Political Science, he continued his operation of Image Reaction that included the creative executive position for the film fund, Infrared Films. There he gained extensive knowledge of physical production, festival promotion and distribution including attendance at the Cannes Film Festival.

In 2009 he served as line producer for the feature film 3 of Us and in 2010 he went on to act as post-production supervisor of the Sundance award winning motion picture FUEL, released worldwide on DVD in June 2010. He was head of production for Green Planet Productions and producer of the music video for Love Generation, the up and coming girl band from world famous music producer RedOne.

Scott has extensive technical skills as both an editor and a cinematographer, including contributing cinematography to the documentaries Dumbstruck and See What I See, and editing home entertainment releases such as American Idol. Scott’s work has been featured by The Disney Channel, E! Entertainment, Fox Sports Net, and Fremantle Media Worldwide. His commercial resume includes clients such as Nissan, and Lexus. He is attached to produce Words that Rhyme as well as the independent dramas Inside the Butterfly Net, The Beautiful Ugly and The Mark Bradford Equation.
